Join the Workshop
I want you to join our small group of facilitators. We're creating a new understanding of what it takes to produce value.
You will be practicing new strategies for successfully training and coaching fluent teams. You'll be one of the earliest, early-adopters using the Game simulation to enhance your coaching strategy or your training—with teams and your business. You also will be able to offer public sessions of game play at meetups or in your own public courses.
At the workshop you'll receive your own box containing a full Agile Fluency Game and everything you need to play and debrief it with one team at a time. After this workshop, you'll have the facilitator training that qualifies you to order additional copies of the game to play with multiple teams, release trains, course participants, or other large groups.

Dallas Workshop
I have been working with Diana and James for many years to use the Agile Fluency™ Game in my training workshops and with companies I coach. We've honed the training curriculum together, and turned the game from a paper prototype into the product you see today.
